A Sweet Treat For Gamers

Do you love video games? In honor of National Video Game Day (September 12th), Trolli, the brand behind the fun neon sour worm candy, has teamed up with the online multiplayer battle royale game PUBG: Battlegrounds.

The two invite you to join their team, the Sour Brite Squad, with new exclusive content. Now through December 2023, four free collectable Trolli x PUBG packs will be available alongside purchased Trolli products. These packs will offer exclusive content including character skins of the neon Trolli worms.

Trolli x PUBG was found at PAX West earlier this month, sharing its love with gamers from around the world who attended the gaming convention hosted in Seattle. Participants joined a scavenger hunt in and outside the convention to find life-sized Trolli-themed versions of the iconic PUBG crates, created by street artist Kai.

“More than 50 percent of Trolli consumers identify as avid gamers, so we know that our Trolli brand is closely connected to the culture,” said Hope Hruska, Brand Manager for Trolli. “We’re always looking for unexpected ways to show up for the gaming community, which is why we’re excited to merge Trolli’s neon brite world with PUBG: Battlegrounds and bring to life iconic elements of the game that gamers have never seen before.”

Even with the scavenger hunt over, anyone can get Trolli x PUBG content by purchasing a wide assortment of Trolli candies, including Trolli Sour Brite Crawlers, Trolli Sour Bursting Crawlers, Trolli Sour Duo Crawlers, and more. Just look for the PUBG: Battlegrounds logo and characters on the package. For more information simply click here.
