Beyoncé has hit another milestone in her legacy. What else can we expect from Queen Bey? Nothing less than that.
She has now become the third artist in history to have 20 top 10 hits as a solo artist and 10 on the chart as a member of a group on the Billboard Hot 100 list. Her newest single “Break my Soul” has now pushed her into this exclusive club; she’s joined the likes of Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney within this club for this major moment in her career.
As the only female artist to join this exclusive club, she’s opened another door for all female artists to achieve and know that it’s attainable. Michael Jackson has been considered the King of Pop, so it’s only right that Queen Bey has joined him amongst the ranks. According to Billboard.com., “Beyoncé first appeared in the Hot 100’s top 10 solo when Jay-Z’s “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” on which she’s featured, rose 11-8 on the Dec. 7, 2002, tally. Her next entry, “Crazy in Love,” featuring Jay-Z, became her first of seven No. 1s, in July 2003. She most recently led, and appeared in the top 10 before “Break My Soul,” via her feature on Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage” in 2020.”
“Break my Soul” is the newest single by Beyoncé that has taken her fans and audiences by storm for the perfect summer jam. It’s incredibly obvious that her latest achievement isn’t going to break her soul.
