Chris Brown: Stuck In Jail?

According to CNN, R&B Singer Chris Brown faces another U.S. Marshall supervised flight after trial delay. Earlier this month Brown was taken to Washington, D.C., on an assault charge, where the trial has since been put on hold pending the conviction appeal of his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy. While on probation since 2009 after pleading guilty to assaulting singer and ex-girlfriend Rihanna, a Los Angeles judge will determine if this Washington case causes a probation revocation. With a Washington trial possibly months away and the L.A. hearing on May 1st, Brown’s request to fly without supervision was denied. Brown has already spent 39 days in jail, with the exceptions made to handle business. Will he still be behind bars on his 25th birthday? I hope not! STAY TUNED.
