All materials contained on the True Star Websites as defined in the Terms of Use are protected by United States copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written permission of True Star, or in the case of third party materials, the owner of that content. You may not alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from copies of the content. You may, however, download material from True Star Websites one machine readable copy and one print copy per page for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Links to websites other than those owned by True Star are offered as a service to our users. True Star was not involved in their production and is not responsible for their content. It is True Star’s policy in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers of the copyright and intellectual property rights of others.

Notice For Claims Of Intellectual Property Or Copyright Infringement; Agent For Notice Of Infringement

True Star respects the intellectual property of others, and, particularly as to user generated content in comments and on discussion boards, as applicable, we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the True Star’s Copyright Agent the following information:

  3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  4. your address, telephone number, and email address;

  6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
