Fall is that you? It just might be, hopefully this bipolar midwest weather hasn’t tricked us!
It’s time to get your closets ready for fall. Sweaters, Jackets, Hats, Scarves, and DENIM! Denim has always been and forever be my favorite item. It’s honestly what lead me to my passion for fashion. Besides your go-to denim jackets, your jeans should be a very important component of your fall wardrobe. Here are 4 pairs of jeans you need in your closet this fall!
The sign of cold weather means that girlfriends everywhere are stealing their boyfriends sweaters and hoodies…even their jeans! Boyfriend fit jeans are famous for their baggy, yet stylish fit. These jeans are super versatile. You can wear them with a t-shirt and your favorite pair of sneakers or even a leather jacket and bootie heel.
These may not be everyone’s first choice, but these are actually my favorite type of denim. In my opinion, the 70’s era is when fashion was in it’s prime. Everyone was so free and creative. This was a time when denim became more popular amongst the youth. Even men were wearing bell bottoms. Once the 80’s hit they became unpopular and they re-emerged as flare jeans in the 90’s. They were a more subtle approach compared to bell bottoms. It is now 2018 and bell bottoms have made their way back into the fashion industry. I’m not saying you have to fill your closet up with them, but you should at least have 1 pair…trust me…they will come in handy.
Skinny Jeans are literally a gift to women. This pair of jeans are so versatile and can literally be worn anywhere. These are the most common in the denim industry and I know everyone else would agree with me. I like to wear mine high-waisted and with a thigh high boot. It turns my regular pair of jeans into a fashion statement!
I know what you’re thinking…Jeggings? Yes, I would consider this a pear of jeans, they are just a more comfy approach. I get in moods where I don’t want to wear something close fitting to my body. Jeans are great, but sometimes they can be uncomfortable and prevent movement. Jeggings are the perfect solution to this problem. This perfect cross between jeans and leggings come in all types of shades and colors.
