Hang It Up!

A 22-year-old engineering student designs bendable hangers

Did you know that traditional hangers can potentially ruin you wardrobe? They can cause clothing to stretch, wrinkle, and crease. I find myself running through tons of hangers each year. They break, bend, and before you know it they’re useless.

A 22 year-old engineering student by the name of Ayodele Aigbe has given our wardrobe a chance by changing the traditional hanger. After conducting a survey, she realized that many other people had the same issues when it came to hangers. This inspired her to create a better hanger to support how we care and store our clothing.

Aigbe founded Hangio. This line of hangers can bend in a 0-360 conformation! That means you are able to shape this hanger to fit your clothing. They are made from durable materials, so you won’t have any issues with them breaking or bending out of shape. The best thing about these hangers is that they are travel friendly!

These fashion forward hangers are currently out of stock, but you can sign up to receive a notification when they restock! Visit ShopHangio for more information!

I rep the 219, Indiana. I'm a wardrobe stylist and owner of Vintage By. B. I love shopping for pieces that are different and that I know nobody else will have! But one thing I hate about shopping is going broke doing so. Throughout the years of me working in retail, I have picked up a lot of tips and tricks for saving LOTS of money when shopping. I also go against trends by Vintage shopping. I find pieces that I can pair together to create works of art. You can call me a penny pincher, but I'll look BOMB while pinching my pennies :)
