Is That Rihanna Tatted On Chris Brown’s Neck?

Nowadays, tattoos have become widely popular in society.Well Chris Brown has added yet another tattoo to his body collection; a tattoo on his neck that many believe is an eerie image of Rihanna. As you can see in the photo above, that face of the woman appears to be battered just as Rihanna’s face was that fateful night everything changed for the former couple. Chris claims that the tattoo is not Rihanna but if it isn’t, I wonder what it is supposed to represent. Either way, who gets an image of a battered woman on their body? What do you all think?
