Jonathan Majors Found Guilty

Actor Jonathan Majors was recently found guilty in a court of law of assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

The two-week trial in state court in Manhattan has come to an end for Creed III actor Jonathan Majors. This morning a nine-person jury found Majors guilty of one count of reckless assault and one count of aggravated harassment.

According to ex- girlfriend Grace Jabbari, her testimony of March 25 is that she spotted a romantic text on Majors phone from another woman and grabbed the phone which Majors then physically assaulted her in the back of a chauffeured SUV in New York City. Footage released by the New York Post from that day showed Majors shoving Jabbari in and out of the SUV and proceeded to walk away while Jabbari was holding on to him – pushing her away before sprinting off. The rest of the video shows Jabbari chasing him down several city streets.

His sentencing will be scheduled for February 6 of next year.

The verdict raises questions about Majors movie career as he was supposed to be a part of Marvel’s movie franchise for his villainous character, Kang the Conqueror, and was expected to appear in the 2026 Avengers: The Kang Dynasty according to NBC news. According to Variety.com, Marvel has now officially parted ways with the actor.

After news of the allegations against Majors broke, he was dropped from his management team. So far, the US army has pulled advertisements featuring the actor and Walt Disney studios has removed an upcoming film Magazine Dreams, starring Majors, from their October calendar that was planned to be released in December of next year.
