Across social media platforms these days, you’ll see plenty of different workout videos and influencers that encourage at-home workout routines. But just like with everything, not every fitness guru or influencer can give you the extra motivation that you need to really get started and inspired.
However, fitness beauty guru and on-camera host Kayla Nicole is someone I’ve had my eye on for awhile. She’s literally the epitome of body goals and she never tries to pretend to be someone she’s not on her social media platform. She always comes across as genuine, free spirited, quirky and witty with her follower engagements on her Instagram (@iamkaylanicole).
As a media personality and “sometime” model, Kayla Nicole has definitely established her presence on and off the social media scene. She constantly uploads fire photos that flaunt the body that she’s worked hard for in the gym and she shows us her workout methods that she does on a regular basis.
It’s incredibly easy to get distracted and not take care of your body during this uneasy time, but Kayla Nicole promotes that #strongissexy for fitness and has now dedicated a section of her YouTube channel to that. I’ve followed and tried her workout regimes in her YouTube videos “Training Day with Kay: Booty Edition” and “Strong is Sexy: 30 minute Leg/Booty Workout (no equipment)” which has shown great results that I’m satisfied with. I love that she shares her “secrets” and workout routines that could easily be done at home (even without the proper equipment) because it may not be easily accessible for everyone.
I’ve been searching for a while to find a Black fitness guru that I could connect with and has a similar body type with mine. My focus has been to gain muscle in my thighs, glutes, and abs. Kayla Nicole is perfect in watching for all of those areas.
