[New Music] Oh My YEEZUS!

Yeezy season has arrived.

Kanye West has dropped his new album Yeezus!

This is his sixth studio album, released June 18th, after it was already leaked a few days before. The buzz over this CD is hysterical. It’s receiving praise and criticism, but nonetheless, its popularity is evident. Yeezus has received a four and a half stars out of five from Rolling Stone and XXL deemed it worthy of four out of five stars. Kanye West’s vanity and ego runs wild throughout the album as usual. Throughout his album, he brings up racial politics throughout the CD in “New Slaves” and “Black Skinhead.” His CD brings up several issues in society, but also appeals to the hip hop scene.
