Word on the street (and yes by street I mean twitter), is that J.Cole is thinking about signing Chicago native, Chance the Rapper, due to his “special” talent and abilities. A college struggle based flow to a flow drenched in the struggle of CPS? Sounds about right to me! The above photo was taken at Cole’s Dollar and A Dream Tour in Chicago, at the House of Blues, just last week. Hhhmmmm.
