Stop, Question, & Frisk – NYC 16 Year Old Records What Happened

During what’s called a routine Stop, Question, & Frisk, a 16 -year-old Harlem teen managed to record 2 minutes of audio of what took place between him and the officers. It’s important to note that what you are about to hear is definitely racist and profanity laced but nevertheless REAL!
