“From the ‘Go” co-host Gary Langfield Jr. and Kennedye Harris welcome special guest, Juby DaGod, an independent artist, producer, and filmmaker to the next episode of FTG produced by True Star Media.
Juby DaGod, AKA Julius Ross, is a Chicago native from the Roseland neighborhood on the city’s South Side. During his time being an artist, he has done research on how to build on his career. Juby has performed at From The ‘Go Fest for the past two years and produced the From The ‘Go Show jingle that starts each episode of Season 2. After a performance tour in New York City Juby came to the True Star Studios to give From The ‘Go straight talk about the misconceptions of being an artist, the struggles independent artists deal with, and the community and talent that Chicago has today. Juby gives an exclusive performance of the song “Orphan Spirit” off his latest project INFAMOUS.
This is a From The ‘Go Show episode you don’t want to miss. Episodes are available now on True Star Media’s YouTube channel, and on truestar.life.
