True Star has decided to make this year’s Connecting Young Creators all about college! True Star prepares us to be successful content creators and encourages us to achieve our academic and post-secondary goals. The fundraiser is hosted by media personality Bree Specific and True Star influencer Danny B. Guest speakers for the event include True Star alumi Kia Smith and Subria Whitaker, as well as finance coach Ross Mac and BET Network’s President of Media Sales Louis Carr. There will also be a special performance by Chicago singer/songwriter Rahkii.
This annual fundraiser helps youth like myself to grow as creators and exposes us to more opportunities that’ll lead us to success. Tune in Thursday, November 17th at @ 6:00 PM, streaming live on YouTube and Facebook. Hope to see you there! Oh, and tell your friends!
