Walter Payton College Prep Ranked Among Top In U.S.

Chicago is a huge metropolitan city known for so many unique things– our skyscrapers, our museums, our food, but what about our schools?

Well, U.S. News & World Report can answer that question. They recently created and published a comprehensive ranking of U.S. high schools based on six factors. College readiness, state assessment proficiency, state assessment performance, underserved student performance, college curriculum breadth, and graduation rate.

Set against all those requirements, we see exactly how well Chicago schools live up to the rest of the famed city. According to U.S. News & World Report , these are the top ten schools in the city and how they rank both in the city and nationally.
