On October 9th, the tour, promoted by Eugene Parker of 5120 Entertainment, stopped in Chicago at the United Center and the show was completely sold out. The energy of the crowd was electric. It was truly a Madhouse on Madison. Deric “DJ D-Wrek” Battiste took to the stage first with the infamous “Wild ‘N Out” girls who introduced none other than Nick Cannon, the creator and host of “Wild ’N Out”. The cast of the show consisted of: DC Young Fly, Conceited, Rip Michaels, Emmanuel “E-Man” Hudson, Justina Valentine, Big Mack, Charlie Clips, Pretty Vee, Hitman Holla, and Michael Blackson. There were special guest appearances from Chicago Sky star Angel Reese, as the team captain for the new school, J. Anthony Brown, and new “Wild ‘N Out” addition Mojobrookzz. Special performances included G Herbo, Waka Flocka Flame, and Rick Ross. The live show was just as it is on TV, with classic games such as: Pick Up And Kill It, Kick Em Out The Classroom, Turn Up For What, Hood Jeopardy, and the infamous WILD STYLE!

After the show, I got a chance to chop it up with Cannon himself about the show, the approaching 20 year mark, and the future of “Wild ‘N Out.” “I need young guys like you to carry the legacy on and keep it popping;” Cannon said. “Shouts out to the new school, everybody from Mojobrookzz, to all the new people that we looking for and searching for, we’re going to keep that legacy rocking.”

By the end of the live shows, December 13th, they will have traveled to 12 different cities providing audiences with electrifying performances.
