The Hunger Games: Catching Fire In Theaters Today!

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire premieres in theaters today. Luckily for me, I won two tickets to the screening so was able to view this Monday.

How was it, you ask?

There is so much hype about this movie. There is so much pressure and expectation for this film to be better than the first, because we all know, sequels are usually a fail. I’m here to tell you guys, that this sequel… was not a fail. It exceeded my expectations. The first one was great, but “Catching Fire”… enough said.

I am a student filmmaker, so the entire time I had my filmmaker’s glasses on, trying to find something, anything wrong with the film and the filmmakers did a great job of making sure this film was flawless.

The Hunger Games sequel was intense, exciting, and interesting. A movie you couldn’t take your eyes off of even if you tried. Excellent cast, Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss) is amazing, beautiful, and makes it look so easy.

I don’t want to give you guys too much, go see it for yourself.

On a scale of 1-10, I give this movie an 100, 5 stars, and 2 thumbs up. A must see.
